Wanted to use the TBLGAY room, but it was locked. —Later on from Oct 8th, I finally went to see a counsellor at the Counselling Services. Been postponing it as I don't know what exactly I'm going to complain about. As usual, the psychologist suggests a few lifestyle tips (going on with hobbies, sleeping, etc) and suggested CBT. After the session, I felt suddenly a little better and less anxious. Had the first Piano even with York Piano Association that same day.
