Wasted the day again. Wanted to use the TBLGAY room, but it was locked.
Feeling sad and unmotivated to do anything, even help mum or answer questions

—Later on from Oct 8th, I finally went to see a counsellor at the Counselling Services. Been postponing it as I don't know what exactly I'm going to complain about. As usual, the psychologist suggests a few lifestyle tips (going on with hobbies, sleeping, etc) and suggested CBT. After the session, I felt suddenly a little better and less anxious. Had the first Piano even with York Piano Association that same day.
PHYS 2020 Midterm 1 was the next day.
