If your havin a bad day. Stop, take 3 deep breathes. and not those s***ty IN OUT breathes. i mean really breathe in and out. feel it in your essence. Then look at the prettiest thing you can find and just stare at it… unless its a person then just normally look. you will feel better i Gaurentee
