This person goes out of his way to entertain you to make sure you leave work with a smile on your face. This person does whatever he needs to do to make sure he is fine with work, school, and friends. Yet he also fools around when he needs to. What am I? I'm broken. I don't do enough for my family. I have the skills but I don't use them. I can do better for my friends and family and for…him. He is not mine though. He never will be. No matter what I do he will still run off to his other female friend. All I do is lag behind. Even if we think alike and share the same interests, we do not have the same experiences. How lucky is that other female friend? While they continue their path of adulthood I will always be lagging 7 years behind. Catching up is no longer an option. So now my only option is to stop and head towards a different direction and find another person who can make me just as happy.
