I wanted to let you know the truth, but I didn't want to hurt you. In the end the truth is that the truth would still have hurt you. The lies didn't hurt you worse, that's just bulls*** people say. Just like this f***ing bit about how people end up getting hurt either way. Anytime someone removes themselves from another person's life be through death, divorce, breakup, ripping people's hearts out it, it all f***ing sucks.
You would have never had anything to do with me in the end if it was what happened or if I had just been honest and told you that I was unhappy in that town.
