I’ve never had a boyfriend or anything like that but there was always that self doubting that I always have. What if I’m not good enough to date you know, I don’t know how so why should I? The men in my life lose their promises and they lie. My mother had lied also but she wanted teamwork to lie to other people so that they wouldn’t know the whole truth about the affair she had with another man. My parents were separated but that didn’t change the fact that she was doing stuff behind everyone’s back. I only knew about this years later too…
