Posted by Anonymous on 2012/06/22 under Uncategorized Im 14 and ive been told that you cant know love at this age..only sex….but i really think im love this guy he’s sosweet and amzing he tells me atleast 5 times a day he loves me..but i dont know…i THOUGHT i was in love once before and it turned out terribly..So i dont want to feel that pain again…plus im starting highschool there’s labels and rumors and lies and self esteem issues i dont think i can deal with all that AND hartbreak….AM I WRONG TO THINK I COULD BE IN LOVE ?
I don’t know if age really matters. We learn to love our family and best friends from a small age..so why not a special someone? I don’t know, I’m fifteen, and I believe with all my heart I’m in love with my boy. We’ve been together a little more than three months,and he treats me right. I see a future with him. We get in little stupid arguments and come out loving each other more. So follow your heart, but be careful.
I agree that age does not matter. I’m 23 now and I know I have felt love when I was younger and I wasn’t wrong. The only advice I will give to you is trust your gut. If something doesn’t feel right, ex. you think he’s cheating, you get a strange feeling about him, he does something that seems really mean and unlike him, do not brush it off. Pay attention to your gut feelings, they will never let you down.
I don’t think age matters. I’m the same age as you, and I fell in love when I was WAY younger, and we ended up together. Trust your feelings when making a decision because you’ll be surprised at the outcome. Good luck!
