Love is only a four letter word. So why am I getting hung up on the notion that one plus one equals happy? I have spent a good deal of time alone. Time thinking and analyzing the very thought of love. Saying I love you essentially means nothing but we idealize the notion that love is a feeling, a thought sparked by kindness and generosity. We give love the power of our future lives. We plan for things we might not have otherwise given two thoughts about. Do we as a society really love everything to the point of love losing its very meaning? For it to become just a four letter word?
