Love Work Family Friends Games Kids Life

I like to learn things. There’s nothing I’ve come across in my entire life that has not taught me something—be it family, family feuds, acquaintances at school, the four best friends I’ve had. I’m an eighteen year old girl with a 3.8 GPA, and once I set my mind to do something, no one can do it better than me. (I don’t mean to brag, sorry if it looks like it, but it’s so you don’t think I’m bonkers later.)

There’s something that I learned a lot from, and it’s so out of the ordinary set of things that I usually learn from, I’m baffled myself. A TV show, called Supernatural. Can you believe it? It’s the only show I watch, and mostly I see it for the guns and all the awesome action and supernatural lore that I loved to keep track of when I was little. (Not to mention the awesome, insanely great lead characters!) For those who don’t know, it’s a show where the Winchester brothers Sam and Dean traverse the country hunting paranormal fuglies.
Because of these guys, I got how to get along better with my family, be a better sister, and try to be there for my best friend as much as possible. Somehow, the damn show even got my intuition honed up to a pretty sharp level. The basics of self defense came from here.

I knew I wouldn’t get a chance anytime soon to see these guys up close, much less talk to them, so this is a heartfelt thanks to one big and completely unexpected influence on me. Love you guys.

(PS: I know you think I’m crazy, but hey, what can I say? That’s my most endearing quality 😉 )
