I am not fat right now, but I feel like if I eat, I will become obese. I do not know what to eat that keeps my life style healthy and I get so lost. Please just help because I do not want to be an anorexic.
It seems a little like anorexia, but don’t worry, since you are aware of this you’re fine! Just eat healty! Eat fruit, vegetables, chicken and those stuff! These are healty stuff keep that in mind when eating them! You’ll not get fat by eating them, you’ll be even more healty! Keep telling this to yourself! Hope this helped (:
