I don’t know how to relax.. I thought going out with friends would be relaxing, it wasn’t.. And I thought being in bed all day, would be relaxing.. But no matter how much i sleep or whatever i do, i never feel relaxed.. My mind is never relaxed.. I’m always thinking, about everything complicated in my life… I have a hard time focusing on something for too long.. I don’t why… I just want, just one time, NOT think of everything in my life, and being able to relax, and stop stressing..
Yes, I agree. Going out with friends, to me, is the total and complete opposite of relaxing. My best advice is to “get away” which means either reading a book, meditation, or both. Reading a book can take you to a different world. And it is a good feeling. Also, meditation is a really good form of relaxation. Focus on counting your breath, and only that. Anything like yoga is really good for the soul. You just need to clear your mind, and focus on the breathing. Good Luck .xx
