i feel as if i’m falling back into the downward spiral that once nearly ruined my life. i don’t know what to do.

i feel i am going to do something terrible to myself and i cant talk myself out of it. i just want to give up
i’m scared
there’s no point anymore, i’m stupid and pathetic, no wonder everyone hates me.
i’m done
Don’t give up…no matter what you believe right now, you are a special person and God put you here with us for a reason. Try redirecting your thoughts, your actions, even your music.
Try reading The Greatest Miracle In The World by Og Mandino. It is a really good story. It has helped a good many people, even me. Just don’t give up.
