Love Work Family Friends Games Kids Life

My boyfriend and I are Christians. We met because we both volunteered in the children’s nursery at church. We’ve been dating for three years now, and it’s getting harder and harder to wait for sex… We plan on getting married when I graduate from college, and have a steady job.

He’s going to college in the fall, and I’ll be finishing up my senior year. Then, I’ll be at the same college… So, if everything works out, we’d get married in five-ish years.

OH MAN IT IS SO HARD TO WAIT. When you love someone so much, it is so challenging. The constant struggle. It can get pretty ugly.

We are constantly making mistakes because we are so attracted to each other. We did a devotional together, and then the same day, I ended up giving him a blow job, and he ended up eating me out. We’ve never had real sex, but we’ve talked about it. The FARTHEST we agree we should be allowed to go is just kissing. But obviously…that never works out. We are so attracted to each other, and I am so in love with him.

Afterwards, we both feel guilty. Sometimes, I start crying because I want to save it all for him when we marry, and what we are doing is wrong. He feels guilty, and he feels like a pig after doing things with me. He doesn’t disrespect me, it’s just hard – even for Christian guys, to not think about sex.

If we could get married as soon as I graduate high school, we totally would. But that’s not realistic because he plans on double majoring in biochemistry and genetics to become a pediatric heart surgeon…. and he’ll be doing medical school. So, when we DO get married when I graduate from college, I’ll need to be the breadwinner. ANYWAY, it’s unrealistic to get married straight out of high school.

Anyway, it gets harder and harder to wait. He gets more attractive every day as he is growing up and turning into a man.

I just wish my hormones would just shut up for a second.
