I really can’t stand when my dad tell me not to eat ice cream. Its summer. It is warm. I only get like 2 or 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream every other day, but I do agree that I’m not very active.. But the way he puts it ”Don’t eat ice cream. You’re already fat and you never move a single finger. Sitting home on your flat butt being online”
He gets home around 5PM and I’m usually outside after school which is 2PM and I’ll be home before dinner. I hate THE WAY he puts in, but I don’t do much exercise.. I do a few crunches and push ups once in a while. I’m active for 1 hour two times a week. I don’t eat extremely unhealthy. It is just ice cream. The fact that my dad know NOTHING about what I’m doing when he is working pisses me off, because he think he do and judges me for what he see and then think thats all I do. I’m not going to talk to him and tell him that I do take care of my life and weight. It is hard to talk to someone who don’t motivate you and only got time to make you feel like crap. Is hard to stand on a weight scale and hear that you’re fat.

I’m 14, girl, around 5 feet and 4 inches and close to 122 pounds. I don’t wish to lose weight. Maybe I wish to get more active. I just wish to enjoy life without being judged harsh by people that is and will be a part of my life.. Something I can’t change, but wish I could.

If you want to move around and get some activity in life, find something that you like to do! It does not have to involve going to the gym! I like to do Pilates and run around the park and bedtime yoga. But there are so many other options! Also, try exchanging out the unhealthy foods for the healthy ones. Choose frozen yogurt over ice cream, and fruit over candy and water over soda. Not only will you look better, but you will feel better too! .xx
