Posted by Anonymous on 2015/05/25 under Uncategorized I hate to think about things that worry me. Not because I’m lazy or irresponsible. It’s because those things worry me so much that they drive me into a very negative emotional state, the heavy feelings are hard to handle. I feel as if I can’t breathe. If those are problems, I can’t easily find solutions. Which add to the feeling of despair. I wish I could think about problems without feeling the bad suffocating emotions, so I can calmly come up with methods to deal with them. The emotions just hinder me so much and drag me down like I can never succeed. I don’t want those negative feelings. How can I deal with problems calmly without being affected by emotions?
