After all the disastrous life experiences, after 3 attempted suicides, he finally got up on his feet. He survived. He’s making a come back in his career, which doesn’t look great to be honest. But he is one of the persons that I respect and admire most. I am happy that he is able to drag himself out from the darkness of depression. He is now smiling again and working professionally again. It must be very difficult to fight the sadness. He must have went through many sleepless nights, or nightmares. But he has overcome them all. I am so glad to see his smiling face and hear his pleasant voice. He has a very good voice, although his way of speaking is a bit old-fashioned. But I like hearing him talk. If I were next to him, I’d give him a hug and say I’m really glad you are back. You are seemly brilliant. Don’t let anyone discourage you, shine on. If I were his lover, I’d kiss the suicide scars on his wrist and say it’ll be fine from now on. I really hope the world can give him opportunities to be great. A survivor like him deserves to be happy and successful. Please, life, can you treat him kind?

How wonderful! I’m glad that your friend is back up on his feet 🙂 I know not of your relationship to your friend, N, but I’m also glad to hear of your feelings. It’s not very often that you hear of someone else’s perspective to something like this. May N and yourself continue to live happy and wonderful lives 🙂

Thanks! Haha, like I said, he’s now too far away. Otherwise I’ll give him a hug. I do appreciate warriors in life. In a way, everyone of us is fighting battles. Thanks for your well wishes. Have a happy Christmas too! 😀

This made me genuinely very happy. I’m so glad your friend N has overcome these things! My goodness, what a journey it must’ve been. I can practically feel his happiness form your post (I’ve not yet recovered like your friend has) because I can feel your love for him. Ahaha, I don’t know who your friend is, but I’ll be wishing him happiness.

Thanks very much. 😀 I hope you will feel better real soon. These battles are difficult, but with determination and willpower, we will win. I am a little survivor too, but in a less dramatic scale compared to N. Please don’t forget the people who love / like you, they all support you, though sometimes it’s hard to put into words (hence my posting on here). Your friends will surely feel for you. Take care and have a lovely Christmas. 🙂
