I hate my body. Honestly. I’m too fat, my eyes aren’t big enough, my thighs are ugly, my arms too big, my nose too long, my hair too messy, my feet to boney, my fingers too short, my belly sticking out etc. I hate it. I’m not intelligent enough. I’ll never reach the 100%. I hate me. I can’t believe people like me.
My head hurts from thinking. I’m going to train now, till I get to 90 Pounds.
The good thing is that your making a change now, but don’t ever forget about your positives. You might hurt them too.
trust yourself you can be more better than you think you can dont worry you’ll get better
