I’m sick of this life, sick of not winning;
Will I ever learn, and get to start grinning?
Seems like every turn, I make a mistake;
The more I move on, the faster I break.
I’m giving up hope, with no other choice;
I try to scream loud, so loud I ruin my voice.
Where to go next, should I stop trying;
The more I sit and think, the more I start crying.
This isn’t me; it was never the plan,
I used to be something, once thought of as the man.
But now I am nothing, wasted and broken;
No matter how hard I try, I’m always outspoken.
Where to go now, how do I change;
I’m almost too far gone, nearly out of range.
Tears are flowing now; I’ve never been wetter;
Does it always get worse, before it gets better?
knock out poem! Reminds me of Eminem – If I Had.
Don’t succumb to pain, discard of it like a used tampon; stop listening to yourself and just be.
That was amazing, I loved your poem.
