I don’t know anymore I just feel ugly more and more each day. I feel more unhappy it hurts to even smile know. I just feel like im about to breakdown I really cant take it anymore.
If you can’t see anything beautiful about yourself, get a better mirror, look a little closer, stare a little longer because there’s something inside you that made you keep trying, despite everyone who told you to quit. You built a cast around your broken heart, and signed it yourself. You signed it “they were wrong.” All you have to do is see beauty from the inside. Radiate good things. Beauty is on the inside and whoever says it is not has never fully had happiness. You can do this. .X
Well I can say the first step you’ve done to help yourself is get it out. The number one thing that will only
Make how your feeling worse is to hold it in. So by even writing on this website it’s helping you. Nobody should ever feel ugly or unhappy but unfortunately people do, including myself sometimes. It’s extremely tough and you feel so alone, trust me I know. But nothing is more incredible than somebody knowing how the feel, taking it on and not denying it and then deal with it. I have no idea who you are but do something, anything to make yourself feel better. Go on a long run, start writing a diary everytime you feel unhappy, talk to someone whether it be your bestfriend a relative or a complete stranger on a help line or whatever it may be. The worst is to not do anything. You deserve to be happy but the only person who can really get you there is yourself . You can do it. And I’m sure your beautiful.

I used to think of myself as lesser. Trust me. There is way more to you than what you think.
