I talked about him all the time to my friends and it became so constant they had to tell me to shut up. well my best friend knew how much I liked this guy and at the beginning she was very encouraging of it, but I started to notice her change, she told me that she didn’t think he would be good for me and I should find somebody else. I was confused why she suddenly changed her mind, I then later found out that my “best friend” liked my crush! I couldn’t believe she would do that to me! she knew how much I liked the guy, but she did it anyways. well, my friend, she’s kind of a (pardon my language) whore, she had a “friends with benefits” thing going on with a guy (different guy) for almost 2 years. my crush, knowing what she was like, picked her over me. I learned two things, you cannot trust hardly anyone, even your best friend, and my crush, “love-of-my-life” was a big perverted man-whore. They are still dating and my question for you is this: Should I forgive my best friend and continue to be her friend? Forgive and forget her? or just stop talking to her and meet new friends? I try to still talk to her, but its very hard, knowing she chose a guy over our over 10-year friendship. I cry almost every night and its a lot of pain to go through, losing your crush and best friend. I’m lost and don’t know what to do. Please help.
