You are quality.Dont let the shadows turn out your light,decide to find it in small things for a start,you will build it up,you are given time and opportunity to change something with every day,and no one can steal it from you for themselves.Life isnt suppose to be all the best all the time,and it isnt what the media is telling you,what you see there isnt real.It will get better believe me
