But lately something happen that make me realize, to quit my work. I been working in the company for 7 years now. It’s been a quite long. But I’m not growing.
I’m STRESS, HURT & LOST of HOPE!
I’m looking for a new JOB, but I don’t know how to start…….

If you have the money, take a holiday. Out of your country. Go abroad somewhere. Experience something new first.
I’m in a similar situation. I hate where I’m working, but like the field I’m in.
I’ve already booked my trip, and 4 weeks before I’m due to fly oversea’s, I’m going to quit.
So I’m hopefully going to go from hating my life to loving it!
    Give it a try.

      Hi Hopefully Helpful

      Thank you for your advice.
You know what that’s my dream to travel outside my country. The problems is I don’t have extra money for that. hehehe! Maybe your right I need to have a break.
Enjoy you vacation, have fun! 🙂

I think this realization may have come at a nice time…

In looking for a new job, I would first ask your higher-ups and look online within the company’s website for upper-level employment considering your experience, work ethic, and the fact that you can probably get a reference or two from your managers.
Alternatively, go online and start browsing and send out your resume (make sure it’s updated) and a cover letter. You never know what could happen, and with the fact that you already have a job there isn’t any extra stress involved with that.

Otherwise, I like “hopefuly helpful’s” advice to take a holiday of some sort.
That, or try and do something else with your life to jazz it up–take a class, start working out, join a club, etc.
I suggest groupon.come or living social for inspiration. 🙂

If this feeling is just coming on now, it could be a sign that it’s time for a change; however, that change might not necessarily be work-related.
It’s just that, I’m assuming, work is one of your constant activities–thus, that’s where your frustration is manifesting.
Does that make sense? Like, frustration-displacement of sorts?

      Hi heytherestranger,
      Thank you for your advice.

      Yes maybe I’m just:
      *Hurt
      *frustrated
      *disappointed
Like what I said to Hopefully Helpful maybe I need to have a time think things. 🙂
