These are my goals for the future:
– Stop trying to deprive myself of sleep. Go to sleep, now, to wake up nice and late tomorrow. No alarms this time.
– Do something worthwhile. Start with what I need to get done, so I can enjoy the rest of the holday.
– Not hurt myself. Ever.
– Stop being so dependent on other people in a way that makes me burdening – I can ask for help, but some people really are worse off than me. When they don’t want to listen, they’re not being selfish – but when I get insecure and paranoid, /I’m/ being selfish. I must live by myself, not leaning on them.
– Stop inventing problems. I AM getting better. I will not forget that.
– Sleep. Now.
