I used to feel exactly the same as you! What I did was exercise every morning… even if it doesn’t make you model-thin and fix your skin (actually it helped my skin, lol) it will make you FEEL good and that’s the most important thing.
You stop caring about what other people say, most of the bad feelings come from your own brain anyway.
I admit, if your boyfriend says something like that it would hurt more than when someone else says it. Next time just slap him and break out the moisturizer.. problem solved 😛
And just remember, most girls feel the same way as you. A way they can feel better is by putting other girls down. I hope you never become like that because it doesn’t help anybody really.
