I don’t owe anyone anything, and they don’t owe a thing either. If only we could stop being so transactional and act simply because it’s what we want to do I think a lot of people would be happier. It’s difficult but I’d prefer a truly rude person who expects nothing than a fake kind person that expects things. We are not each other’s possessions. I’m so tired people trying to outdo one another trying to feel superior, to have power, to sell themselves constantly. I don’t get it.
