This week and today especially is messed up.
From only realising there was a Test #2 in EVS141 that I missed. To missing today's EVP151 field work because I was late. Then almost getting to work late (had to take Rideshare which was expensive).
I didn't see the announcements for the EVS test (none appeared on my Blackboard or emails for some reason and I missed the classes where the teacher possibly announced it as I can't attend all classes, Esp the Thursday one as it clashes with my transit time to EVP class on King Campus).
I emailed the professor trying to explain, but he ignored my message. That means, he is not offering an alternative or reweighing of marks. Without that test I'll likely fail the course as I skipped the assignments. I couldn't push myself to do them based on their nature (minor research and paper writing, like a wiki).
Edit: The professor later replied and confirmed that the test cannot be written past the due date. He also said, "Please stay updated with the class content as your future semesters require more organization on your part."
Just like at YorkU, I can't keep track of all course content consistently 😒.
Weird how I put in my best at work consistently –(apart from the times I feel too tired to get up for work. I actually missed two shifts by waking up too late. I've had to pay extra on Lyft to get to work faster because I left too late. I take energy drinks almost everyday… I mean, I'm dying soon anyway, so health doesn't matter)–, but can't do the same with school or even hobbies/interests
