This little boy with a full grown muscular pit bull on a leash that looked like the dog could break free came up to me while I was sweeping the walk and repeatedly asked me if I would like to pet his dog. I explained as the dog was barking and growling at me that the dog was probably afraid of my broom and I was afraid of his dog. Then he started saying something about that it was his big brother's dog and kept talking to me until he finally left me alone to my sweeping. Needless to say I found the experience so disturbing I had to talk to a crisis line about it and today when I got the mail wore a weapon for fear that the dog would break free this time.
