Hi, I’m a highschool senior. Everything’s coming to and end this year, obviously. My cheer career ended as well as my 4 long painful years of soccer. These milestones that pass are huge ones and I’m glad to be moving forward with my life. It hurts, the moving on the not going to practice, the last game, the knowing you’re ending, the bonds. Anyways, I’m going to a University in the fall because my mother convinced me to go. Go Lopes! My dad and his wife aren’t very excited for me to go, they told me not to ask for money, their shutting my phone off after I graduate, and that I’m not going to be able to do it. I don’t come from the wealthiest family, in fact we don’t even really have any money but I certainly wasn’t going to ask for financial support, I need mental support family to be behind me telling me I can do it. It’s all just bad, sour, ugly.
