We are using crab sticks for the sushi roll.
2. What’s in a shrimp tartar?
Shrimp tartar consist of Poached shrimp, aioli mayo and black tobiko.
3. How big is one order of the sushi roll?
Each roll has a total of 50g sushi rice and 50g of shrimp tartar which is cut into four slices. (12.5g each roll)
