My life is just so irritable right now, I can't stand my friends, only one or two are actually my friends, and the others are so toxic, I can't do it anymore, but I can't just tell them, because that would ruin everything, I'm 18 and everything in my life is so bad, I just want to tell them so bad, but I can't, because then all of my other friends will hate me, please help me, could really use the support
