What do you do when your best friend of 9 years totally drops you for her boyfriend of 5 months. The worst part about it is she doesn’t even realize it and your not exactly sure how to bring it up. She was always the one who said that she would NEVER do that to me but were going to college soon and I know know for sure that our friendship won’t last. She always text me and tells me how much she misses me but when I ask to hangout she chooses her boyfriend over me. I’m soooo tired of trying! We haven’t hung out since summer and that was a couple months ago and when we did hang out she would always call up her boyfriend and tell him she was coming to see him (need i remind you that she was driving so I had to go over her boyfriend’s house and just sit there) It was so awkward and when I told her that I didn’t want to go she told me that I should have drove my own car. I think this was so rude and inconsiderate of her to do. We’ve always been super close and now I feel like I have just lost my best friend when I need her the most. School is stressing me out and I’m having trouble with finding out where I’m going to college and I have no one to talk to about it. I was always there for her but I don’t see why she can’t be there for me. We still sit together at lunch but her boyfriend also sits with us so we never really talk much at school and we NEVER talk outside of school. I never thought this would happen to me but I now feel like it’s getting to a point of no return and I’m stuck.
