Thats just such a low thing to do, be embarrassed that you are friends with someone just because a lot of other people don’t like them, to deny it, and say you are only acquaintances, and right in front of them too..No matter what that person does they have a right to be respected. Just because everyone else is terrible to her, doesn’t mean i should turn into one of them. If I see the good in a person, I should be proud that I do, not be ashamed of seeing it. That makes me the bigger person. Instead of tearing her down like everyone does, I need to stand with her or up for her, even when she does the things she does, because she really does mean well, she just has some growing up to do.
