Jan 11 Bible reading with dad

So, dad called again just to make me read another religious bulls*** from Exodus that required dedicating first born males to god for its use.
Then goes further to justify forcing me to god's service using that part of the scripture. Claiming that if I reject god, i will be punished. Goes further to draw his biased observation of first born males around him having "unexplained problems when they're not dedicated to god."

LOL I wonder how he fails to see the misogyny in his idea. First males. So your god doesn't even value the females (first or not). Also, what happened to the other kids who were not born first?

Dad says "I've been worried about what's happening."
Is he worried about my academics? Or you've been worried that I didn't accept your religious idea? Because one (the academic worries) is a genuine worry and the other is irrelevant as many non-christians and even atheists are dealing with their academics very well.
I suggested giving me psychological help but you refused because you think only serving jesus will help my academics.

He asks "Would you want to think about it?" My actual answer is that there's nothing to think about. Everything you keep reading to me and forcing on me is not my belief. It will only be useful to a person who has the beliefs. Imagine a person reading the sacred practices of the qu'ran to you.
