Today I did something really bad. it started off as just an argument with my older brother. But I lost it, he said something.
It triggered me.
And, BOOM. I punched him and he was lying on the floor unconscious. All it took was a split second. One punch.
What if it happens in school? Or with my gf? Im not safe.
