I am really loud around the people I know well. But then new people come into the picture, and I freeze. This might be the reason why I have never had a boyfriend. Because I am afraid to reach out. Right now, there are some kids from another high school upstairs. My dad works at their high school and invited them over, and I am hiding in my room downstairs because I just don’t want to talk or be embarrassed or be the one left out of the picture.
