You should tell them how you feel about him and get friends and other family involved who are more open to your needs and wants.
Love is a funny thing.
If you are trapped in a building with 40 others of the opposite sex that is all you will chose from and your choices are limited. The world is a larger pot of people, so don’t commit a lifetime to a small pot until you have had the chance to see what the world has to offer.
Can they make you? Depends on your age really. if youre too young Yes. An adult No.
