Ugh! I can't stand this jealousy anymore. And quite frankly I don't want my psrtner to find other people attractive cause i get insecure. And i just think that one day he will realise I'm the ugliest person in the universe and what if he is embarrassed about me ?

Hey, you’re beautiful, I am sure of it. I am insecure too, I believe we all are, but don’t think so low of yourself. Everybody is beautiful in their own ways. <3 don't give up on the relationship, but make sure he understands you feel this way because communication is very important, but comprehension is more important, so, just make sure he understands. If I can help anymore, let me know.

There’s many ways to become more secure in yourself. You can research it and work on this. Doing so will help you grow. Also, looks are not everything, if you think he’s with you because of the way you look would you want someone so shallow. Have enough confidence to want to be with someone that doesn’t date based off of looks. Try not to assume he thinks a particular way because you are insecure. It would be sad to cause damage to a relationship because of your own self doubt. Keep your head held high!

Thank you both so so much for taking the time to reply to me! You both are amazing !! It’s just that my extremely low self esteem is eating at me. He is aware of my jealousy issues but the thing is, the first thing that comes to my mind sometimes is that he will get tired of me and he will get tired of looking at me and he will want to be with some other very good looking girl and every time i find myself comparing me to other girls and i know that’s so not right. Cause everybody is unique and beautiful in their own way right? But i just don’t see that in myself. I can’t see anything good about myself and it’s wearing me off , constantly feeling this way.

Try mindful thinking. When these bad thoughts come into your mind, stop them. Try to think more positive thoughts about yourself and your worth. This will take practice. Boosting self-esteem doesn’t happen over night, it takes work. I still work on it at 32.

    Other practices:
    Eliminate bad self talk
    Recognize your self growth
Have clear values- What matters the most to you

From woman to woman, don’t lose yourself in a man, don’t feel like he defines you.
Work on yourself and become the best you. The right relationships will form and the right people will fall into your life.
