My best friend died on the 8th, she was everything to me. I've been suicidal a long time and I'm constantly being given reasons to end it all, now my best friend is gone too. I don't see any reason in continuing, she was gonna help me get on my feet and now I'll never see her. I'm told I should live with her, and I agree, I just really don't want to. I've never wanted life, I've always looked for a way out. I guess I'm just not cut out for life.
I know this is gonna sound harsh, but believe me i think its whats best, try your hardest to get to a stable place with your health and wellbeing, and then start helping others with what youre going through, be the person to them that your best friend was to you, instead of giving up all hope, hold on to what you have left and push it towards thriving and helping others out of dark places.
find a passion, and stick with it, think for the future, you only get one life, and sometimes it can be cut short, but if you try, you can live a long, prosperous life that others will admire because of what you’ve been through.
i know it’s hard, especially losing someone so close to you, someone who kept you going, but what would your friend say to do? Obviously i dont know you and i dont know them, but what would they say to help you right now, to get you back up and feeling good. You can take as much time as you need to mourn and remember, of course, it’s extremely difficult, and this could mean nothing to you, but i hope ive helped in some way or another.
your friend will always be alive as long you live. she might not be physically here but if you killed yourself, you’d be killing all those memories of her too, then she’ll be nothing. try your best to continue fixing, not just for her but for yourself too, and i promise she’ll by your side, helping you.
