    Hello yourself,
You’re looking sexy as well! You have a beautiful day! Keep on being you, all encouraging and positive.

  2. Anonymous says:

Haha thank you so much for even taking the time to read this and reply, you’re awesome !!

  3. Anonymous says:

    No, you are the awesome!

  4. Anonymous says:

Hahaha, I don’t know why but I really love this positive energy!!! What was your high of this day ? And what was your low ?

  5. john doe says:

my high today is drinking coconut water!

  6. Anonymous says:

Coconut water?? Nice!!! You know, there’s this post I came across on the internet and it said that only real fans of water or something similar know when it doesn’t taste the same and that’s so accurate!

  7. Anonymous says:

My high today was a morning run and trying not to laugh, thinking funny things in my head alone in the car.

Low would be feeling sad for no reason and wanting to cry throughout the day.

    What about you Mr. Positivity?

  8. Anonymous says:

    Or Miss

  9. Anonymous says:

Morning run, hug? Sounds lovely ๐Ÿ™‚ hey, you should always laugh no matter what… Unless something really serious is going on and you feel as though you’re gonna burst out laughing when you shouldn’t (been there, done that ) thenn in this case no, please don’t haha.

Any particular reason as to why you wanted to cry? Did anything trigger negative emotions ?

It’s miss ๐Ÿ™‚ and my high of the day was actually the entire day. Everything went well today

  10. Anonymous says:

    Huh *

  11. Anonymous says:

I’m not sure why I feel like crying periodically throughout the day. I don’t know what triggers it. One of the moments today, I was walking around a wine store then my eyes felt heavy, like I was about to cry. Then I have an overwhelming feeling of sadness.

  12. Anonymous says:

I tend to laugh at inappropriate times myself. It’s not that there’s something mentally wrong (I don’t think anyways) it’s more that I have a sick sense of humor.

  13. Anonymous says:

Also, I’m glad you had a good day!
    What did you do?

  14. Anonymous says:

Hmmm do you think it could be because you’ve bottled up your feelings for way too long? I mean, could this be a reason why it’s happening ?? And I know it may sound silly or weird but I’m here for you okay ?

Well, if we don’t laugh at innapropriate times, is it even worth it? Haha. Humor is something very subjective soooo I can’t really say anything

Thank you!!! Well, pretty much the entire world is quarantined so all I could really do was study , listen to music and relax ๐Ÿ™‚

  15. Anonymous says:

I’m not sure. I have read that trauma comes out differently for everyone.
    Thank you!

Sounds like a relaxing day. What are you studying?

  16. Anonymous says:

That’s very true. But just keep in mind that it’s all gonna work out in the end .I know it might be clichรฉ but it always does. Not because it’s how its supposed to be, but because sooner or later you eventually learn things about yourself that no one else could ever teach you. And somehow your attitude towards life just changes .I don’t quite know how to explain this, and I’m pretty tired so I might not be making much (if any) sense.

It was! I had been studying history and sociology

  17. Anonymous says:

Yeah, I’m sure I will be just fine once I find ways on how to deal with traumatizing life experiences. Probably through talk therapy or something.

  18. Anonymous says:

Yeah, I’m sure talk therapy will help a lot ๐Ÿ™‚

  19. Anonymous says:

Have you ever been to a therapist? If so did it help?

  20. Anonymous says:

I haven’t, but I definitely should have. I know people who benefited a lot from talking to a professional and that’s really great. But keep in mind that it depends on the therapist actually and how you connect. You cannot connect with everyone so you’d have to find the right therapist for you but it’d definitely help

  21. Anonymous says:

Right, that’s what I said. It’s like everyone wants to be a therapist. Some are truly helpful and others are only doing the job because of the degree or easy education. I say easy because you can get that degree online and the course work is interesting so it makes it easy.
I just hate thinking about paying someone a lot of money and telling them very personal stuff to realize that it’s not a good fit.

    How is your day going?

  22. Anonymous says:

I’m back again. I was just thinking about what a kind person you are. Thank you for taking the time to talk with me. It might seem nuts, but it really has meant so much to me. So thank you!

  23. Anonymous says:

Oh trust me I knowww. I’ve had people tell me that seeing a therapist made them feel even worse and they wind up bottling up their feelings cause it all feels so hopeless to them !! But I think the first session is free so that you’re given the chance to see if the therapist is right for you ๐Ÿ™‚

My day is going greeeat .I mean besides the studying, I’ve watched a horror movie and went out for a walk, what about you?

  24. Anonymous says:

Thank so so much, that means a lot to me! And thank you too for taking the time to reply !!

  25. Anonymous says:

I haven’t done much today. Clean, did some laundry and other things around my house. What movie and was it any good?

  26. Anonymous says:

Still sounds like a good day so far ๐Ÿ™‚ what’s your favourite and then your least favourite chore around the house? And I watched a horror movie called Greta , I actually liked it a lot. That being said, what’s your favourite movie ?

  27. Anonymous says:

Wouldn’t say favorite chore, but I like to steam mop and keep my floors clean. Not a fan of putting away clothes. I have no problem throwing them in the wash and dryer, or folding them. When it comes to putting them away, I procrastinate. What about you?

Never seen it. I don’t think that I could just narrow it down to one movie. I’m a pretty big movie buff. Watching Hansel and Gretel tonight. What’s your favourite?

  28. Anonymous says:

You’re right, I’d say my favorite chore is mopping and cooking and my least favourite doing the dishes cause my hands get really cold and I splash water literally everywhere .But hey, when it comes to putting clothes away, I don’t think anybody is happy about it haha .

Hansel and Gretel !!! Nice! And I’d have to say my favourite movie is the notebook , that’s for sure .I cried like a river watching that movie. What genre of music do you like the most ?

  29. Anonymous says:

Dishes are no fun! In the past, I would put them off, but I have learned its better to get them done as you cook or as soon as you’re done eating. I do not enjoy scrubbing them.

Yes, The Notebook is a great movie. Me too, lol! I am open to all music, but I tend to listen to rock and 90s the most. What about you?

  30. Anonymous says:

Well at least you don’t put them off anymore, I still do haha. What does help though is if you listen to music and just sing along or if you dance (that helps in my opinion).

Wow that’s amazing! I listen to rock music as well and anything that is from the ’80s-’90s . That was the best era for the music industry of you ask me

  31. Anonymous says:

*”Me too” about crying during that movie not that it’s my favorite.

  32. Anonymous says:

I figured, don’t worry. What would your perfect day consist of ??

  33. Anonymous says:

Gosh, this question really got me thinking.

There would have to be an element of excitement. Some good food is a must.

It would start out with a really great breakfest(breakfast seems to have the best food item choices out of all the meals). There would be something exciting, fun, maybe unexpected. Being spontaneous has always pleased me. Some more really great food. Indulging in interesting conversations. Listening to music(that’s my taste). Some stargazing in the evening. If I could control the weather on this perfect day it would be 70ish with clear skies. Cooler as the sun goes down. Not a care in the world, not feeling judged, just in the moment of enjoying my perfect day.

I have never thought of what a perfect day for me would be. This was very challenging.
    What about you?

  34. Anonymous says:

That was a great answer ๐Ÿ™‚ it really does sound like a perfect day!

For me, my perfect day would be waking up to the sound of birds chirping, the sun shining through the curtains and in my significant other’s arms. There’d be tasty food (I don’t really eat breakfast) so for lunch I’d want something tasty and afterwards something sweet .Going to the beach maybe and then listening to soft music when it’s really late at night

  35. Anonymous says:

    That sounds nice.

  36. Anonymous says:

    Yup.

  37. Anonymous says:

You said that you liked to cook, what kind of food do you cook?

  38. Anonymous says:

I can cook pretty much anything :). Of course I’d have to check the recipe and all that but yeah. However, I’m not that great when it comes to sweets . What about you ?

  39. Anonymous says:

The same, just about whatever. For the longest I was really set on perfecting this bourbon chicken recipe that I came across. I had it tasting so good, but then we got tired of eating bourbon chicken (I was making it twice a week lol) somehow I lost the recipe. I can’t find it online and can’t seem to remember the exact ingredients or how I had it tasting. I try to make it from memory the other day but it was missing something.
I really enjoy making and eating side dishes. The other day I made pasta salad with Italian dressing and all the veggies. I can eat just that for dinner. Not a big meat eater at times.
I try to bake but something always seems to go wrong.

  40. Anonymous says:

Oh, that’s a pity! Perhaps you could make it again and ask those who’ve tried it before what they feel is missing ? And yes, I see where you’re coming from , side dishes are delicious! What’s your least favorite food ?

  41. Anonymous says:

I asked, but they aren’t much help. You can’t expect someone that runs on chicken fingers and MacDonald’s to know what spice is missing or it needs more of.
I have never been a big fan of meat but I eat just about everything and I’ll try anything. I don’t drink milk I can’t stand the taste on its own. I buy almond creamer and milk instead.
    What about you?

  42. Anonymous says:

Chicken fingers and MacDonald’s! Who did you even ask haha.
Well it’s okay if you’re not a big fan of meat but as long as you eat some it’s fine cause you need the protein and other stuff that it has. And same here, I can’t stand milk. Even the smell of it is enough to make me sick to my stomach unfortunately. But combined with cereal is okay

Um I don’t really know but I really do like chicken

  43. Anonymous says:

    Lol!
I heard milks really not that good for you anyway. I drink orange juice with calcium added. There are so many ways to get calcium.

    Chicken good.

  44. Anonymous says:

How’s milk not good for you?? I think it’s vital for our diet ? Orange juice is the best, no joke though .

    It is!!

    How was your day?

  45. Anonymous says:

Great! Worked out, did some things around my house, went and got a laser treatment, had some pretty yummy Chinese food.

    How was yours?

  46. Anonymous says:

It said something along the lines of we’re the only mammal that drinks another mammals babies milk.

“Milk and other dairy products are the top source ofย saturated fatย in the American diet, contributing to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and Alzheimerโ€™s disease. Studies have also linked dairy to anย increased riskย of breast, ovarian, and prostate cancers.”
    <a href="https://www.pcrm.org/good-nutrition/nutrition-information/health-concerns-about-dairy" >https://www.pcrm.org/good-nutrition/nutrition-information/health-concerns-about-dairy

I’m not against people that drink milk lol you can drink it if you want. This is just why I don’t. The main reason is because it upsets my stomach.

  47. Anonymous says:

That’s nice ๐Ÿ™‚ what kind of exercises do you do? And did the laser treatment hurt?
I know people can drink milk if they wanted, I was just curious but yeah I get it know

  48. Anonymous says:

I have some dumbbells. They go from 5 lbs to 60 lbs, I’ll do legs, arms, back, and you get it.
No, not bad. Like rubber bands snapping fast on the face. I recently started breaking out and it helps stop it, while also removes scars and dark spots. I just have to stay out of the sun and it can be difficult to do.

  49. Anonymous says:

    Do you workout?

  50. Anonymous says:

Sane here!!! Tempe dumbbells I have are 5lbs and it feels as though they’re the heaviest thing in the world lol. I also love sit ups.
Ah okay, that must have hurt, hopefully you’re alright

  51. Anonymous says:

    * the, not tempe

  52. Anonymous says:

    Lol, yes, I’ll be fine.
I don’t mind the pain. I don’t like how my dark spots get really dark right before they go away. It looks bad, but it’s worth it.

So, if the five pounds are heavy I take it you don’t work out?

    What are your hobbies?

  53. Anonymous says:

I get it, yes .Does it work straight away ?

Well the five pounds are heavy cause I have weak arms. Like I love doing sit ups, running, walking , jumping jacks, squats and all that easy stuff but my arms are weak

Well, I like reading books, listening to music, watching movies , working out and so on. What are your hobbies ?

  54. Anonymous says:

No, not right away. It makes the damage look way worse. Then in about a week or so the brown spots flake off and the dark scars start to lighten. You’re left with brighter more even skin. It usually takes three treatments.

Same. I mainly focus on legs, butt and cardio. So my arms tend to be weaker.

Working out, hiking, traveling, gaining education about new topics, and so on.

  55. Anonymous says:

ฮŸhhhh okay , gotcha ! I thought that it required like 1 treatment unless we’re talking about scarred skin idk though, I’m not an expert.

Well yeah, but at least you don’t find 5lb dumbbells heavy lol

Travelling ? Nice! Where have you been to or where would you like to go ? And do have any animals ?

  56. Anonymous says:

It’s a lighter laser for pigmentation and acne. Lol

This past year I went on a road trip to Colorado twice, Tennessee, Minnesota, Georgia, Texas, and Iowa. Because we were driving we stopped off along the way in other states.

When I was in Colorado I visited the Garden of the Gods, Caveย of the Winds and Pikes Peak. Most frightening drives of my life were up and down Pikes Peak. I hit my head so hard in the Cave of the Winds it was bleeding a little. lol

Visited the Mall of America in Minnesota. And when I was in Texas I visited chip and Joanne Gaines Silo store and restaurant. Not this trip to Tennessee but the last one I went to Rudy Falls. It was so beautiful.

I wanted to see the Grand Canyon, but it was not on the way. Next time!

Mainly traveled within the US, but I would love to travel out of it. I want to visit France. My mom was born there. I want to see the Eiffel Tower and Louvre Museum. I want to go to Jamaica. If I could I would do a big trip visiting the 12 wonders of the world.

What about you? Do you travel? Where would you go?

  57. Anonymous says:

Oh, I almost forgot, no, I don’t have any pets.

What about you? If so whats its name?

  58. Anonymous says:

Oh wow, that sounds lovely ! Did you go with family or friends? And did people in Texas have that specific accent ?? If so, what’d you think of it ? I mean everything you mentioned sounds amazing but Rudy falls? That must have been beautiful !

Oh yes, I think that the view from the Eiffel Tower would look amazing at night for some reason. You should definitely go there if you get the chance to.

I’ve been to England but I would like to visit Germany, Sweden, Norway, France and California.

    I wish I had!!!

  59. Anonymous says:

I went with family. I didn’t notice an accent of the people I chatted with in Texas.
Lol!!! I meant Ruby Falls. I don’t think that I wouldn’t enjoy Rudy falls myself.

Did you like visiting England? Did you sightsee? I wouldn’t mind visiting those places too.

    What would you get?

  60. Anonymous says:

    Would*

  61. Anonymous says:

Oh dang, I was really hoping people there would have an accent.
Yeah I figured haha. But true , it’s more fun when you’re with family or friends .
Oh yes, it was wonderful actually but you couldn’t understand a single word cause there were just too many accents.

Um ideally I’d get every animal there is, no joke lol. What about you ?

  62. Anonymous says:

Did you go with family or friends in England? Interesting, so many people there had accents because they were also visiting or do you think they relocated and now lived there?

Yeah, I like all animals myself, but if I had to pick one it would be a cat. Cats somewhat take care of themselves and I already have many responsibilities.

  63. Anonymous says:

I went with family and no no, everyone there had a different accent. It was so hard to figure out what they were saying but it was nice. Um I think that most people lived there actually cause you could tell they were British , it’s just that their accents differed .

Oh come on, cats are mean though. They scratch you all the time and they break stuff

  64. Anonymous says:

    I see.

Lol, they can have attitudes. All you have to do is give them food, water and a clean litter box and they’re good. For the most part. I said it was because they are low maintenance. I once had a cat that had a very chill not sassy demeanor. He was Himalayan and Persian.

As much as I love animals I never really want one because they take so much responsibility. I would end up feeling guilty if I didn’t walk it enough or change its shoes when I’m supposed to, and so on. I see so many people get dogs and they don’t walk them or take them outside to play. I feel as if they have the animal for selfish needs. The dogs always there to be a loyal companion, but they don’t do everything that they should for the pet. I don’t want to be one of those owners.

I put way too much thought into it.

  65. Anonymous says:

If you had to pick one animal for a pet what would it be? You never really answered the question you just said that you like all of them.

  66. Anonymous says:

Aaaah okay then, I don’t really know much about cats anyway so yeah. I think that if someone’s gonna get a dog they should at least know that if need be, they can have someone look after it for a while cause you never know what may come up with work or holidays etc. So, I get where you’re coming from but I also think that people mainly care for them.

Um I’d say a dog cause I’ve always wanted one lol.

    Favorite series ?

  67. Anonymous says:

    Gotcha.

I really liked Undone and Fleabag. Most recently I started watching Dave. It’s pretty good.

    What about you?

  68. Anonymous says:

I don’t think of heard of any of those! Are they any good ? And out of all these, which one would you say is your favourite ?

I’d have to go with friends or how I met your mother .You must have heard of those

  69. Anonymous says:

Fleabag and Undone are on Amazon prime. Dave is on Netflix.
Fleabag is my favorite. They only have two seasons out. I think it’s good. It’s about a thirty something year old woman. Her life is kinda s***. It’s hilarious at moments and sexy.

Yes, I have heard of them both. They are good shows. I never finished How I Met Your Mother but it was funny.

What do you think about this COVID 19?

  70. Anonymous says:

Well I’ll check out Dave and keep you posted.

    Aaaah haha, s***ty lives woo-hoo !!!

Spoiler alert : Barny and Robin get divorced, Ted gets married to a brunette girl whose name I don’t remember but she ends up dying. He has two kids, a girl and a boy and he winds up with Robin (the kids’ aunt ) thanks to a little help from his children though.

Well , I think it’s something very serious but not exactly as serious as the media is making out to be. Like, I believe that it was created by god knows who to fulfill a purpose. In this day and age everything seems to be about money so I’m guessing it has to do with it .I mean, how many people have actually died because they caught the flu and had underlying issues regarding their heart or something like that ? Countless . So that’s why I’m a bit sceptical. What are your thoughts on this matter ? And how are you doing ?

  71. Anonymous says:

Don’t you think that viruses accrue naturally? It is strange that scientists can’t find the primary source of this coronavirus strain. I heard that in the area where it started, there was a research center. Makes ya wonder.
I think it is something to take seriously but not to rule your life.

I’m doing well! How are you holding up?

  72. Anonymous says:

I do think that they do , just not in this case. And you pretty much said it yourself. There was a research centre where it started.I don’t know…For all we know they might have found the cure already and not told us. I also don’t think that nobody has found the cure to cancer or anything remotely close to it in the year 2020. Like, technology and medicine gas improved drastically throughout the years. It’s crazy to think that it’s all happening for money. I don’t like this world at all

I’m okay , a bit stressed out , but okay overall ๐Ÿ™‚ what have you been up to ?

  73. Anonymous says:

    Probably.
Yes, my gas has improved drastically throughout the years too. Jk
This world sadly seems to revolve around money.

Not much. Sleeping, working out, just trying to keep busy.

What have you been up to? Been working out with those 5 pounders?

  74. Anonymous says:

Oh come on haha, I meant to say has lol. My ideal world would revolve around positivity

    Sounds great though!!!!

Well I have actually but I’ve been doing countless sit ups and jumping jacks, squats and that’s pretty much it. Other than that , I’ve beenstudying and listening to music

  75. Anonymous says:

Oh my god!!! Did you know that there are people out there getting paid to cuddle strangers ?!?

  76. Anonymous says:

That’s an interesting job. I wonder if they are hiring and how much an hour. Lol

  77. Anonymous says:

I know right ?!? Same here haha. But it could be dangerous. Like, there was this woman and she was getting paid to cuddle an old guy and the old guy locked her in his bathroom and forced her to change into a dress that his dead wide used to wear and he was being aggressive.

    Do you like sports ?

  78. Anonymous says:

Lol. Creepy! I would think it could get a little dangerous. Seeing how cuddling sometimes turns into other things.

Not really, but I don’t mind boxing. Watching it that is. I played baseball, softball, soccer, gymnastics when I was a kid. Mainly my dad made us play baseball every summer as a kid.

Do you like sports? Do you or have you played any sports?

  79. Anonymous says:

Agreed, but like you’re there for a specific reason. There are people who get paid to do the ‘dirty’ stuff so I don’t see why anyone would just pay something to cuddle them if they want something more.

OMG boxing !!!! I want to take up boxing after summer but I don’t think I can handle being kicked and punched haha. Wow, soccer, softball! That’s amazing and baseball always confused me. I don’t really get it

Do you have any siblings ?

And I used to play volleyball, basketball and I loooved swimming. My favorite sport though has got to be basketball

  80. Anonymous says:

    True.

I was very young when I played. Boxing would be fun and a great workout. You should go for it. They don’t make you spar unless you want.

An older brother. Do you have any siblings?

That’s awesome! Do you still play basketball?

  81. Anonymous says:

    I knowww haha , I really want to! Ahhhh , really ?? I didn’t know that!!!

I have a younger sister haha. No offence , but younger siblings can be such a pain in the butt lol.

Unfortunately I don’t, especially with everything going on now. Besides , I’m kinda short so yeah… Having girls or guys that are like 5’11 and over 6ft tall is kinda intimidating

  82. Anonymous says:

Having them come at you that is lol

  83. Anonymous says:

    No offense taken.

I bet. Still, there are some really good basketball players that are short.

  84. Anonymous says:

I was like a fish when I was younger. The sun can be so harsh on the skin so I don’t go to much anymore. I never swam competitively, but I would of loved to. You still swim?

  85. Anonymous says:

Of course there are good basketball players that are short but it’s definitely harder for them.

Haha so I take it you used to swim a lot? Well, not competitively anymore but I do swim in the summer. Do you get sunburnt easily ?

  86. Anonymous says:

I wouldn’t burn when I was little, I would tan out, but the years of not wearing sunscreen gave me freckles and sun damage. That’s also what the Lazer treatments were for and now no more freckling. I don’t want sun damage and the sun is way hotter where I live now so I try to avoid it. I still swim but in the evening or early morning.Do you?

  87. Anonymous says:

Oohhh yeah , come on, you should always wear sunscreen ! But yes, I guess that going through that later treatment most certainly makes you wanna be extra careful. On the other side there’s me, going to the beach early in the morning until early afternoon. I absolutely love it. I always get a bit sunburnt at first but it turns into a tan super quickly so I can’t complain

  88. Anonymous says:

How is your day going so far ? ๐Ÿ™‚

  89. Anonymous says:

It wasn’t productive. I’ve been feeling really down these last few days. I didn’t get out of bed much. When I did I had to dig deep to find motivation and energy. I ended up working out and felt alright. Went to the beach to walk, went grocery shopping then came home. I need to change something in my life but can’t seem to find what or have the courage to. I can’t stand the town I live in and I feel that it’s not helping my mental health. Along with other things. I’m so unhappy and sad. I don’t know how to fix myself and I decided not to seek help because everyone is doing it. I don’t want to seem like I’m confirming to some trend. They will probably just push medication and I don’t want to be on any.

Sorry! I know that was a lot but I don’t know you so I feel like I can be honest without judgement.

    How was yours?

  90. Anonymous says:

    *conforming

  91. Anonymous says:

Are you kidding me?? You don’t ever have to apologise for opening up and saying how you feel !!!
Well, let’s talk about your life then. What are some factors that bring you down a lot ? Is it family? Friends? A relationship? And what seems to help you find the courage to get through the next day? What triggers this sadness the most ?

  92. Anonymous says:

I don’t want to talk about my life. I’ll be fine.

    How is your day?

  93. Anonymous says:

Thanks for taking the time to talk with me. I’m not going to write on here anymore. I appreciate our conversations and wish you all the best in life.

    Thank you again! Take care!

  94. Anonymous says:

I was actually gonna tell you the same. Thank you for your time! I wish the best for you, take care and remember that great things do happen when you least expect it. You just gotta have some faith ๐Ÿ™‚
