why does anything have to be born?
birth and death are the same, why make one negative?
dark is just the absence of light.
Who says dark is bad and light is good.
Of course there is the religious side to this, about good and evil. But both good and evil can be controlling. The buddhist way is the middle way. When you are inbetween good bad or light or dark you cannot be affected by it all

you see in the middle you are no on the two extremes u can relax easier.
