I think that the people that work on the levees might pump out water in New Orleans right by on the lower 9th ward. Why do they pump out the water their because they know if they do it by the their color people they would think that they 're doing wrong . Why they doing wrong because they know what they are doing with the pumps and where they pumping out the water .All they want to do is put Louisiana in danger .
