I keep telling myself I'm not suicidal…
But wouldn't it be so much relief to put an end to all these thoughts in my head, and the struggle to move forward?
I don't think I could do it…
But I'm scared that will change if I keep thinking about it. The thoughts come more frequently now.
We are not our thoughts
Meditation can teach this
Thoughts can be observed and just witness them
they disappear after a while
this is meditation at its finest
sit observe do not comment or get carried away by thoughts let them wash over you
We are all in this world together sharing one conciousness they may not even be your thoughts might be your parents or something you saw on tv or your neighbours
