I've identified as a genderqueer bisexual for several years now. I understand that as a Junior, my feelings and identity are often cast aside as "hormones" and etc, but I really feel like I've reached a milestone today in self-confidence. I've been struggling for years with depression, severe anxiety (+social), ADHD and all sorts of mental stuff. But honestly, things are rather okay right now. My grades are passing, I've been seeing a counselor, my parents have stopped arguing and seem to be having a great relationship, and my mental disorders are somewhat tame now with my medicine. I honestly feel like coming out right now would be the perfect time. Since I'm going into pastry professionally, I'm thinking I'll make a coming out cake, you know, with fondant that represents my sexuality? What do you guys think? Should I come out about everything? Or just sexuality/gender? And what do you guys think about the cake idea? I'm in a job right now, so I definitely have access to whatever I'll need for making it. Here's my signature: Kคt

I’ve never had to do that!

My sister is genderlesbian and it was really tough for her but I don’t know anymuch about THE FAMILIAR that you live with. Has anyone in THEE FAMILIAR come out before?

I remember I had to tell THE FAMILIAR that I was pregnant with my girlfriend at thirteen years old (she was sisteen(sixteen) and that was uber scary but made it out existentially.

So I don’t know if there are any easy ways to go but the fact that you are briging it into the open shows courage, responsibiltiy and self-respect and that is a huge optimistically charged step forward. In other words, it seems that you are on the right track.
