Weird thing is, i cried at school, a few times in a row & im in yr 6. I cant tell why i was, but its kind of personal. My teacher says, “Talk to someone”. You see, i cant exactly, because i’m making a big deal out of a little family issue. So instead, i just say im stressed. But, the big question is here is that “I cry at school over a little family issue & im in yr 6 & havent told anybody?”..

Talking about something with someone is hard, but if you tell the right person, it can make you feel better. It puts the issue in perspective. You may or may not be overreacting, it may just be your point of view that makes you think you are. But if you are, then talking to someone about it can help you overcome the emotions you’re feeling. And it’s gotta feel worse to have to hide your feelings from people.
