So I’m in school and anxiety is hitting me hard today…. I need help.. this is not good.

    I felt the same way in school today. I think we both need to relax a bit and forget about the stress school can bring us. Take a deep breath and drink an ice cold glass of water. Watch a movie or YouTube that always helps. Just get your mind off school of awhile. Realize that you do not have to be perfect in school and that is is okay to fail sometimes.
