Not being able to fall sleep and having awful breams scare me to death.
Have I been always like this? I also get really anxious and paranoid from nightmares..
I have no idea why this is all happening to me, I feel this is different than how I was before..
I wish I could sleep right next to my bf now, but then I somehow feel lonely if I see him sleeping peacefully, like he never have sleep problems.

Dear insomnia, please give me a restful sleep just for one night without nightmare.

    There are ways to fix those nightmares you are having. Try listening to calming music, or reading a good book before you tuck in. Also, stay away from electronics an hour before bed if it is really bugging you. Ha ha it would be hard for me to do that I got to say! Think happy thoughts though. And another trick for me is to go to sleep when my body feels tired. I do not set a bed time, and it works. I just go to sleep when my body feels tired and it helps me fall asleep easier.
