Posted by Anonymous on 2012/08/14 under Uncategorized Not everyone wants to talk about the death of a parent in their life. My girlfriend lost her dad yesterday to a failure of heart problems. They had a great father/ daughter relationship & its put a 16 year old girl in a hard place. Shes been crying for the last 24 hrs. She’s having nightmares & is waking up crying half the night. When my mom was 15, she lost her dad & it was hard nut she got over it.She is 34 now. My girlfriend doesn’t wanna hear the fact that she cant tell her dad that she loves him anymore or good morning before she goes to work. She knows he wont be there to walk her down the isle & see her graduate from high school next year. Its hard for her & her mom but I believe that they will bond even more after this & it will give her a calm of peace. It really hasn’t hit her yet but she understands it. I just need somewhere to write my thoughts down without telling her because i don’t wanna hurt her feelings even more & make her feel bad.
