My job is stressful because of the unreasonable customers, and even more so because of the system that the company uses to assess our performance. Too many unrealistic expectations, too many unrealistic KPIs. And when I give feedback about that, the company simply says that there are a quite a few people on the team can meet the KPIs, and the negative feedback comes from people who are new/who are not so good at abcxyz. Well, it's obvious even the best people also need a lot of efforts to maintain their position. Is it a negative or positive thing? It's important to push yourself forward but if you have to do it constantly crazily and put work over your other needs in your life, it is not healthy at all.

I can only give feedback but I can't change the system. And in the meantime, I still HAVE TO meet my KPIs. So tiring, but no other choices.

But I know this is not something I will enjoy doing in the long term. So many lies. So many unfairness. So many unnecessary stress. No many sacrifices of other important aspects of your life. It is not good.

I have to survive and get through this year though. Then I can apply to other positions OR other companies.
