I once had a dream where I was floating in the middle of the ocean. Not knowing how I got there, but not worrying. The sky's were a baby blue with not a single cloud. As I floated along the surface, my body slowly swayed. I felt safe and the waves slowly put me in a trance. It was as if the ocean was rocking me to sleep. Comfortable at the moment, I began to search around my suspended, weightless body. I notice I'm above a sandbar in the middle of the deep blue. Floating seven feet above the bottom of the ocean my eyes began to explore. The sand stretched which seemed forever. Lines traced across the sand from the surf pushing and pulling. The sun shines through the crystal blue waters, beams shooting by. In a meditation state, I don't want to wake up.
I try to hold on then it's gone.
