I know the true meaning of the word. Depression feels like you are drowning, and everyone else around you in breathing and you are suffering in your own silence, and it hurts. It God Damn hurts. Your whole body just aches and you feel as though someone is controlling you with a string. I have reached points of sadness where my entire body felt numb.
